Though we do our utmost to keep our prices up to date, the rapid and unpredictable fluctuations in the rupiah sometimes makes this very difficult. In order for us to always offer you the best price available, please confirm before ordering.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are ex our warehouse in Bali.

Packing, documents and shipping costs are not included in the price and are added separately to your invoice.

Handicrafts and accessories
Minimum order is $5,000 (orders can be a combination of the two). We do accept first orders of $2,000 as we understand that you may need to be assured of the product, but we request that subsequent orders respect our minimum.

Furniture:
Minimum order is one 20ft. container due to the difficulties of shipping furniture via loose cargo. It is possible to combine a container of handicrafts and furniture.

Production:
Due to the range of our products, all items are hand made to order (we do not keep stock). Production time is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the items and materials chosen.

Shipping:
Sea cargo is recommended for the shipment of handicrafts as airline companies charge by volume not weight. Shipping handicrafts by air is only feasible if you are including bronzes or textiles so as to achieve the minimum weight per volume, or if you are shipping a lot of small pieces. We are happy to help you choose the most efficient and reasonable way to expedite your cargo.

Damages:
If there’s a problem with any goods when they arrive, we request that you provide us with detailed photos and explanation of the damage within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will then either provide you with a credit on your next order or a refund.

Payment:
A 50% deposit before starting production is required, and the balance is to be paid when the goods are ready to be shipped. Due to the banking situation in Indonesia, we cannot accept L.C's. or credit cards.
